If a relative always gives you crappy gifts for Christmas, should you say anything or donate them to charity?
By “crappy” I mean: wrong size clothing, wrong color household items, things that you will never use, things you already have.
I feel guilty accepting these gifts and pretending that I like them.

I think you should accept them graciously and then give them to charity if you do not want them. The person is being polite in giving you a gift so you should accept it lovingly. I am sure someone can get use out of it.
Maybe you could politely just ask her to not get you anything this year.
If that falls on deaf ears then just be gracious and continue donating to charity!
